★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could pray to god that this eatery (franchise of model bakery) be stopped. I literally wish this. Wish of the day should be a thing. Absolutely shady in the already shady ambience of vikas nagar. A rat ran up my hair as I took first bite of their garbage. I can't imagine how branded products like model bakery items are available. Should they do some sort of quality check? Kanpur at it's lowest.

Tried chilli paneer and fried rice was decent and good quantity. Value for money. Small place not recommended for a large group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great place for some evening fast food and cakes. The items used are of good quality and the food tastes pretty good. Overall, it is just a quality fast food restaurant which is not expensive.

The atmosphere was good. The lights were soothing.
The Chinese food was really tasty as they used the spices exactly the way Chinese food should taste like.
We order our food and because food was so yummy we ordered more.
However service was not good, lots of time in preparation was wasted. The cook inside the kitchen didn't keep any record of orders. So he forgot some of our order and later he cooked it on request.
The cashier guy was polite, nice but the servers have a bad attitude. They don't give you desired service.

It is a self-service place, though no such information can possibly happen to first time customer -- there is no board for this. On the top of that staff there do not bother to inform you, and you just keep waiting for the waiter.
No menu cards whatsoever..no washroom..seating is not comfortable as they are hard wood benches and stools. Food is just okay, and fairly priced. UPI for payment not accepted.
Only aesthetics are good. But other cons overwhelm this only pros.
Bottom line: you may seek to visit it if you've no other option feasible at the moment. Otherwise avoid it
