★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the project on 8-Feb-2021 and found calm & serene atmosphere around the apartment with unhindered view of eco park and plenty of greenery and water bodies. I wish, if I can own a flat at the Ecos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe this guys. They have given false promises and sell almost most of the flat but actual picture is different. All the beautiful graphics, images and ready flat are only for show where as actual picture is different. They will tell you that entry gate from Eco park site but actually they have not received any permission from HIDCO to use the land for entry. Quality of material is also not good mainly tiles, marbles etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unethical and evil builder. Made fake promises with Eco Park side gate on brochures and during sales pitch. Later all of us buyers found out they didn't even apply for the gate access and made fake papers!
Now handout of the flats are happening and they are not allowing lifts to carry goods! Not even gas cylinders! They expect the poor laborers to carry the heavy stuff via staircase. Imagine carrying a heavy fridge or almirah up 10 floors! Simply inhumane!
Avoid this builder Amit Realty at any cost!
I will file a consumer complaint against this substandard builder for gross violation of human rights!

Excellent efforts u builder, quality looks premium.Best part what they showed in plan and pics exactly same in reality they’re delivering . Hardly any builders put such loyalty and efforts. Amazing.. Good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a flat on ecos. The flat onterial design specially electiocal layout and ac layout os very bad. Not at all satisfactory. Charging extra money during procession which not in contract. Maintenance contract is also providing poor service. Facing lots of troubles. Builders are not at all interested to provide service. Maintenace contractor always blaming builders and project. Overall not satisfactory. You are siggested to verify before booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise excellent area. Near Eco park with beautiful view and you can see the lake near Eiffel tower ? miniature. Near the Westin Hotel, helipad and worth the location. It's almost sold, few flats are left to be sold. Two entry point in which one entry is through small road which will take time to develop and another entry is closed for now near the eco park entrance.
The living dining space is big. Bedroom design is good With servant quarter. Height of the ceiling is quite high.
Two lifts are available but it misses service lift for moving household items.
Two types of parking - Closed and basement parking. In basement parking it's consists only stairs but no lift.
Security on all side with cctv camera. Ecos club consisting of banquet hall, Library, waiting room, games room with swimming pool on 1st floor. Gym with modern amenities. Yoga and massage rooms.
Construction wise okay and well maintained by the respective developers.
