Efforts put in by the team including Richa and Shiva added lot of beauty to our show twice during the wedding of our son and daughter in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I utilised The Factory Events and Promotions for my companys conference. They arranged a team-building event as well as an evening of entertainment.
It took some time for my ideas to get acknowledged but once accepted, they implemented it quickly. The two events went very well and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
I was concerned about the apparent lack of planning and communication with the hotel but this improved.
I would be happy to use again for any future requirements.

I have used their services for my daughters wedding. I was completely satisfied with their professional approach, capability to work within budget without comprmising the quality is something I liked most. Mr. Zuber was always available and most importantly available at function site. Ms Richa was quite supportive and handle all the events very well.
I would encourage anyone to use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used them for my wedding, the main guy came and painted a very different professional picture so we thought they would do a good job, but the person in charge Richa, did a very shady job. What was promised was not delivered, they agreed for certain amount of lights but only half was put up, she absolutely ruined my wedding bouquet, she made it like a bandage around the flowers, very cheap job and charged me 4k for that. They very smartly took all the amount in the begining, after the wedding I spoke to them she acted very cheap and said we cannot do anything, find your way.
The initial talk we had was so different from what they delivered. If you have a booking with JW Marriott, the hotel will give you their number, please don't waste your money. Everything was doubly charged, and went in their pocket.
Please get decorators from outside , not them all all.

As suggested by the manager, contacted Mr Zubair Ahmed and Ms Rhea of Factory events who were very quick to respond, very professional and very accommodating with our schedule and budget. Mr Zubair very patiently listened to us and our ideas. His team sent varieties of pictures to get an idea of what we liked and zeroed in on our requirements. Everything turned our beautifully on the day of the event. Our relatives and guests were appreciating the floral arrangements and the backdrop with creeper lighting that was awesome which made the hall really gorgeous Their prices are also very reasonable. Definitely I will not hesitate in recommending the Factory Events & Promotions.
