★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The receptionist did not listen to my problems clearly and could not convey to the doctor. When she called back with appointment and I asked her price she did not know and hung up on me. Then kept the phone disconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor I have seen in my life. Consulted Dr Ram lal Goyal who doesn't even know how to treat patients. Not fit to be a doctor. I ll never visit this place and wouldn't recommend others as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists are very badly behaved and they treated my grandmother who was in an emergency situation by chasing her away from the clinic!! Even if it was an emergency they have thrown her out for no reason at all!! And when I called to complain they have cut the calls innumerable times. If you all don't want to lose even the littlest hope of life that is left PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOPELESS CLINIC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unprofessional lab test centre in this profession. I had called them a day in advance for sugar test and they confirmed they will be available at 8AM in their clinic. I reached at 7.55 and waited until 8.10, but nurse was yet to come. Since it was for my mother, patience ran low. I looked for alternatives near by,and was fortunate to find Apollo Diagnostics a few metres ahead. They seem to open thier clinic at 7AM. Since people have to fast/stay hungry in the morning, it is important to look for labs that open early and respect time and health conditions of thier patients. "The Family Doctor" you surely lost my respect, business is secondary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to them for the past 2 years now ever since Dr Sheena sahadevan is there and I stay nearby. I am usually very wary of walking into hospitals since they have targets to meet and make you do all kinds of tests. Hence this clinic suits me.I find dr Sheena to be very good at her job, very professional and accurate in her diagnosis. I don't find her pushy and trust her judgement. The staff has also been very quick. I walked in for a test today at 820 and was out within minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i consulted there bcoz of high fever (102F) and body pain. They charged 2.8k for consultation and blood test excluding medicine.
My condition is too bad right now. Till the temperature is 102. I didn't get my blood test result. They arw not attend the call when i was call. Finally i called the doctor. He is saying that the machine is not working.
Till suffering from heavy feaver and body pain. Yesterday he confirmed that it's Dengue symptoms.
Now I have to consult another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today visited the clinic for my wife as she had frequent vomiting. There was no fever just drowsiness and tiredness. Consulted Dr. Ram Lal Goyal, such a money minded doctor, even without fever or other symptom of malaria and dengue, he asked to take these test and he told to give drop which we had taken. Finally bill came I was suprised 1600/- without medicines and injection. Doctor consultation 400/- IV fluid per hour 400/- Looting to the best doctor observation charges 500/- injection and other charges around 300/- I checked what is this observance charges he says it's on system and IV fluid I was holding the bottle as hook was broken. This experience in this clinic was pathetic and horrible. Who ever planning to visit please rethink.

Went to them as I had cold and phlegm and told her that I am already taking tablets asked her for injection she refused wrote some tablets and syrup and didn't check BP or oxygen level as the oxymeter was not working but on prescription she mentioned my BP and oxygen level... She wanted me to pay 400rs as consultation... What a SCAM.... Dr name is Alaia... Better not choose them....
