★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the ice creams are really good in taste, the people sitting in on there for deliveries and pickups are rude. Have happended multiple times with me that when even if I am standing at their store and ask for available flavours they ask me to check the website. Can't they just check their stock themselves? Definitely need to improve on customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I got the icecream, after dark belgian chocolate and it was absolutely delicious! They did not charge the delivery fee and I had a satisfactory conversation and an apology from them.
I had one of the worst experience on ordering icecream from this place. It was a prepaid order and by mistake I had mistyped one digit of my mobile number. The order went back yesterday even though the address was correct. They did not try to reach out to me. After I called them today, I had a horrible experience on talking to their customer care executive. I was informed that I would have to pay a delivery fee of Rs 100/- as they had already sent the order once. The guy spoke very rudely with me and started talking about technicalities regarding their website and why they could not contact me through email. So even before I have eaten their icecream, I had the most bitter experience ever related to online food delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has great products, it's a bit inside when approaching from Ballygunge with very little visible signage distinguishing the outlet in the area, its inside a residential complex.
Great for ordering products, going down and having wouldn't be recommended.
