★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been for a week with my family. Good to stay with family, supporting staff and well maintained rooms at an affordable price. Good location to have very near and accessible market place, markaz and dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin, tasty foods, etc at a walkable distances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an wonderful stay in Fazar Residency , Rooms were clean. Location is amazing. Hotel staff and front desk people are always helpful. Friendly atmosphere. I give 5 start as it was the best hotel in Nizamuddin Dargah. Keep it up Fazar Hotel.
