★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average experience, front desk staff lacks manners and professionalism. Rooms were not clean at all.
I stayed here on March 17. Even after having written communications about number of guests, the first thing staff said was, you need to pay for extra guess. They do not coordinate among themselves and keep asking for payment proof multiple times. You must improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Fern (Karad) is nice place to stay in for vacation days, the rooms are a bit conjusted for 3 adults to fit in. Location is absolutely good, out of the city. Be aware, there will be parties conducted on Tuesday's which causes a bit of disturbances, and the pool area will also be closed due to the party. The service is absolutely fantastic, you ll be responded very soon according to the requirements. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean & comfortable with 240 sq ft of space. The staff is very cooperative. Especially the front desk Manager Mahesh. He is very proactive. Thank for making our stay comfortable. Food is tasty. Would be happy if this place starts a proper restaurant. This place is a perfect place for Small function & Marriage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very high hopes but faced issues when I visited this place. No hot water in the room. Chased reception for more than couple of hours and still they failed to ensure hot water supply. Was sitting idle in the chair waiting for bath after day's long drive and fatigue. Alternate room was given but still faced the problem. there was dj party Going on near the swimming pool. Many guest complained about the sound volume but it was observed that The hotel wanted to satisfy party guest more than The hotel guest who came in the property for sound sleep and comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited karad, one of the good place to stay within area. Hotel is good with proper management. Rooms and other services are good. Staff is helpful and cooperative. We had breakfast on next morning. Taste and menu for breakfast is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and perfect for a stop over. We took a night stay here on our way to Goa and it couldn't have been located any better
Right on the highway, the place is cozy, gave us a quick check in, the rooms were comfortable. Hot and Cold water facility was there. Restaurant was functional and served delicious food too!
Over all, you get everything you need at this Hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was good. Rooms are Ok in size. Cleanliness was well maintained as per Fern standards. Breakfast was ok could have had better varieties and even restuarant is tiny cannot accommodate than 25-30 people which is major drawback.
