Here workouts are effective, safe, dynamic and fun. They do not make you feel bored and monotonous unlike conventional gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this gym for 2months now. Pertaining to the current scenario, the most important issue of sanitization and cleaning is being greatly addressed in The Fitness Connection. All equipments and machines are top notch and are being maintained professionally. The gym area is adequate for about 20-22 people workout simultaneously and the ambience is also good. There are great professional trainers, but I would like them to be a little more involved.

• Cheap if you look from the price point of view.
• The crowd is good.
• The owner is very friendly and well educated in terms of fitness, and it’s always good to share the room with someone with good knowledge. It helps you to learn and keep going.

I have taken personal training under Dev Sengupta and he is one of the best trainers that I have ever come across, his method of guidance and training sessions are truely unique and tailor made to best suit one’s body type and requirements. I am glad Ive found fitness connection after switching several gyms around the locality, it is a must recommendation for anyone looking to make a healthy change in their lifestyle! I should not forget to mention the ambience of the gym, perfect crowd and perfect maintenance by the owner, the gym is well-equipped with all modern day training equipments!

Workouts here aren't monotonous and boring instead it's well executed, steady and fun! There's a lot of personal attention given by the trainer. You have everything one could want in a gym, as well as great location( for me as it’s close to my home ?), great staff, great owner & my trainer as well(Dev Da).Quality
Equipment and great environment. Will try & update with my results in few months.
