I personally got good result in one month. All equipments available. Very active trainers. Good diet chart are provided by the fitness experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get fooled by the reviews. These are taken by request. Trainer and owner are knowledgeable though , but the branch is not a suitable one. .Most of the times the AC is off. The treadmill will not work most of the times and even if it works they will not allow you to do it for more than 10 minutes. The charge is high as well. Waste 2400 here just for 3 months of gym. Didn't even went there in the last month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced Trainer, they work according to your fitness level.I lost 13 kgs in 4 weeks with their diet. Every Equipment which you need for building muscles is available. Equipments are fixed regularly so I didn't experience any issues. Ambience is good and other members are very friendly. Recently they are bringing more equipments and are also upgrading the gym.

Also different sets of exercise are customised according to the weight and composition of the person. If one is seriously interested in losing weight this is the place.thank you fitness world for giving us opportunity to get healthy.
