★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The after sales service is horrible. I bought an office chair from here for work for home. The chair is in warranty and the hydraulic system of the chair is not working . Their man came and checked said he will change the hydraulic pole but nothing happened . I have called been to the shop many times. Do not buy , they have horrible after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a chair during work from home period. Chair received within 2 days of order . Quality of chair is very good. As per the experience on phone during order is also helping and short out my problem for selecting the best chair from various alternative according to my work.
Features of the Chair...
1. High back with HEADREST makes comfortable for sitting
2. Height can be adjusted smoothly.
3. Light material (fibre) used + good quality mesh at the back with spine rest
4.SUPER SMOOTH base (NYLON and not METAL) with least amount of friction.
5.SUPER SMOOTH 360 degree rotation
So as per my experiance highly recommended THE FURNITURE HOUSE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont purchase, i would seriously suggest ,at the initial stage they will show all their goodethics and professionalism towards new customer but later for services required for repairing they will not even bothered to resolve it. I purchased a sofa in August 21 and still no services received till date for repairing everyday new excuses are ready with this guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff and pathetic service. First they deliver low quality product, and if we say anything, they do not listen only.
Repair ke naam pe, they have prepared sofa with very low quality material. Also, they have taken our money and not delivering sofa also to Home.
They claim that they are relatives of Jainsons Furniture, trusting that I have purchase furniture from them.
Do not buy, anything from this shop, they will give big promises at the time of purchase, but once furniture purchase they will never care.
For my furniture, they have kept in Showroom, I will definitely take legal action in Consumer Forum and get it back.
