★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bullshit..i must say. MONEY IS EVERYTHING FOR THEM.They say underarms not a part of arms..idiotic..so they will charge extra, nothing was written on their card. After taking an appointment one day prior, for 3 services when i reached there in given time n took only 2 services, i.e. Pedicure and Full Arms Wax, thought that it may get late for their staff at i reached thr at 6:15pm (my appointment time), girl scratched me badly while waxing, next day i had reddish swollen skin, i told her to do it politely softly, she said ok, but when she started OMG! She said "I am getting late its 8 O'clock my father will scold me, i need to reach Dwarka. I said if its so then u would have told me earlier i didn't have started n asked her to call sm1 else. I told her its hurting me but she was not at all listening to me. I complained to owner, although he was not looking like owner, but when i asked he said "yes i am the owner". He didn't u'stood my problem, just started asking for extra money for underarms. I had a big argument that underarms are part of full arms waxing, n ur staff treated me so very badly, he could see my reddish arm but didn't say sorry even once and just asked for money. I didn't pay extra money and returned their card by paying for 2 services i taken.
