★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very disappointing experience. Its not the same that use to be. Only few brands of beer available out of the whole list of brands.
Drinks came but I guess they forgot to order the starters.
The main course came before the starters.
Beer was over and then the starters came.
Same Main course was served so the taste and the apperience was sad.
Decor needs revamped, so is the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second or third visit to this place. The place is nice , the staff courteous and service prompt. When it comes to food, the portions are generous however the taste left a lot to be desired. The prawn butter garlic sauce was a messy creamy bowl of shrimps with no flavour or character. The pork dry chilli was flavourful, but was too dry to chew. The prices were high but the portion size compensates. But steamed rice for 400/- I felt was a rip off !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I know why this was one of the most famous places to have a typical Chinese cuisine for the generation before us. Very oriental interiors. Small and petite. Limited seating. Very clean and fresh. Food was awesome. The Chopsuey could have been a tad better - too much of an orangish colour topped by sad semi crispy noodles. But the pork fry was to the point. A nice place for a quick casual lunch. But mind you it's so good that you need to hit the sack asap after that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very biased review as this has been place for Chinese since the age of 10 :) and now I went with my kids.
Having said that, kudos that this place has retained its standards, taste and ambience. The food was amazing , the service is impeccable and the co-diners are a good mix of Indian and diplomats. Overall good value for money and experience. Would highly recommend the Talumein soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered dinner from Golden Dragon Vasant Vihar through Zomato, based on nostalgic memories of years past when it used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Delhi. The food arrived after 1 hour and was a complete disaster. The packaging itself was so poor that all the sauce had spilled out from the dishes since the items were just packed in polythene packets put inside paper boxes. The food itself was so pathetic and flavourless that even a roadside van would serve better food. It has to be probably the worst Chinese food that I have ever had in my life. Complete waste of 2200/-... I don't know how this restaurant is managing to sustain if they charge an average of 500/- for every dish and dish out such low quality and inferior food and send it in packaging that frankly even a street vendor would not provide in today's date and time when all restaurants are so particular about hygiene and cleanliness. Just avoid this place like the plague and save yourself some hard earned money. Extremely disappointed Golden Dragon!!!
