★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst salon service i ever had
1. They are just show off and marketing / promoting there products.
2. I had a prelightening hair and i wanted global hair with darkbrown color done they told u need another treatment to hair and that was neutralising and they will do it well so that colour can stay to my hair.
3. But when the colour and neutralising treatments were done the GLOBAL colour was not appropriate and was not proper on inside hair. Still i was calm
4. After 3 days my colour faded to prelightning hair i had before. So the point was if the thing was not possible why u convinced me that u have top quality products and batting on it and were promoting and made me believe that there is no chance of hair fading after neutralised hair colour
5. And when i went back to show th to talk to them about my hair within 4 days they denied, were rude, and helpless in customer servise the end option they suggested was they can do another treatment on this which will be charged additional.
6. I personaly suggest everyone to go to any other salon but not this. They might be good to some but don't take hair risks....
7. When i exposed them on instagram they had a very arrogant reply. i am sharing the screenshot as well do have a look.....
