★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is good enough but nothing else....no other facilities.....no power back up....no sweeper.....main entrance is not Good.....
Scrap at first you see at entrance.....I wanted to buy a flat but when I visited one of my known here I refused to even think about.....so much mess.....no proper parking even....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. Probably the best in tricity. Being an original member, I can guarantee the quality of construction. Very spacious with well ventilated apartments with fantastic view. I have shifted to this and am extremely happy to be here.
