From sourdough bread to chocolate pies to nut butters and a lot in between - they have a wide variety of superb products.
The jaggery caramel chocolate pie is my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of variety of home made baked breads. Excellent tastes to enjoy. Pre order is a must, via an online system. Only for pick up and delivery orders. Located a Balewadi, famous among the Mumbaites who frequent Pune often. Delicious breads indeed. The looks are fancy too. High end priced, but probably worth the take. A must try for sure. Managed by the family with much attention to details. The breads look delicious and aesthetically neat.

From fresh sourdough breads to sweet cakes and loaves, I have yet to be disappointed with a Flour Butter Sugar order over the last several months. So much to try and new/seasonal items come online regularly. And great customer service is icing on the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first experience with sourdough breads & I am so glad to have tried The Good Butter Bakery. In past I have tried their sweet offerings at Pagdandi & I was mightily impressed, carrying on their standards this bread experience was nothing short of stunning.
The chewy exterior, soft interior with some amazing gluten art & a slight tinge of sourness to highlight the sourdough characteristics makes this a perfect bread for someone looking for a good sourdough experience to start with.
Agree its slightly pricey as compared to traditional breads available in different bakeries, but trust me if you get to know the amount of hard work that goes right from the making-feeding-maintaining the starter to sourcing the best ingredients along with countless experiments to get the perfect hydration as well as the bake time - it is worth every single penny you would shell out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pretty lucky to have found the Good Butter Bakery! We had the virtuous chocolate cake and sour dough bread. The cake had the creamiest dark chocolate frosting. The cake itself was really nutty and dense.. loved it! They have so many varieties of breads, I don't know if anyone in Pune offers those many. Sourdough bread was really crusty and the tinge of sourness is just the perfect amount we like. Would definitely try more of their products.
