There are lot of branded showrooms are there along with a multiplex, food joint and game zone for kids.
Multiplex (Cinepolis) is well maintained clean and decent place to enjoy movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the biggest shopping mall of Muzaffarpur. Their are multiple brand store inside this mall. A big space is occupied by Big Bazar. Their is gaming zone which is good to bring your kids their. Their is cinepolis(cinema hall) where you can enjoy your movie. Here you can got everything whatever you need. This place contains food court also. Its very big and well mentioned. Their washroom is also very neat and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the biggest active mall at this point having all kind of shops and exclusive showrooms.
Major shops here are Big Bazaar, Cinemax Multiplex, Game Zone, Food Zone with few shops, Restaurant, Well maintained washrooms, parking space for two and four wheeler.
I am giving 4 because in food zoon very few shops are there and limited options are there and still lots of mall space is vacant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the shops are not yet rented. You will find many closed shutters. AC does not work most of the times. This may be due to cost saving because of less rented shops.
Escalator for coming down does not work to save electricity charges. But to be honest, if service is not being provided then whats the use of such mall. People will buy from online platforms at a lesser price also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grand mall, mithanpura, Muzaffarpur near Zubba Sahni Park best place to shop, refreshed & cinepolis & Big Bazaar major attraction of this place.
Many of the branded shops are here eg Louis philipes, Vanheusen, Raymond, Siyaram, Arrow, Mufti, Rangriti, aurelia VIP etc are operational to shop for self .

Kind behaviour of the staffs
Toilets were clean
You have both options
Elevator or lift anything you can use
The first three floors are for shopping and the top floor contains the food court and movie theatre....
You must go there I'm sure you'll love the place

Including games hub..., canteen...., & cinopolis..with one more the tattoo craft is also available here. Though which no one can get bored? over there? ☺☺?
