Paid another visit with extended family of around 25 for dinner. The staff seemed completely non-cooperative and were overwhelmed though there weren't many other customers in the restaurant. One of my uncles asked for finger bowl but they cited inability to serve at this capacity.
Older review:
It has one of the finest restaurants of Gondia City. Food tastes good, really liked Chinese sizzler. Loved the ambience. One hiccup: they had made mistake in the billing.

Food quality is also not up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grand Sita is a Hotel @ Gondia with top notch infrastructure and worldclass hospitality. It was quite surprising to find such hotel in a small place like Gondia. Their food is great with plethora of opthions. And their staff need a special mention, they are polite and professional. You will feel like home here.
I will surely recommended Grand Sita as best option to stay in Gondia.

They don't arrange buffet for breakfast. Breakfast is limited. They don't repeat food in breakfast. If you order juice they serve only 100 ml. Restaurant service is very very poor.
