★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Great Indian Dhaba is located at Oshiwara and is very easy to locate. A nice place overall to hangout and chill with your friends and/or family.
The vibe came out to be pretty Indian, the ambience was good. The lights were sufficiently lit keeping it not so bright. The paintings and pictures are something you could take your mind to whilst waiting for their delicious food.
This brings me to the food. Some of the dishes were outstanding while I did enjoy the rest. We started with the Mocktails, Strawberry Delight was actually delightful. The taste was amazing just that it got a little too sweet for me. We ordered a couple starters like Murgh Dahi Lasooni Kebab, it was delicious and soft. They could work on the Lasooni taste a little more, however I'd still rate it a 4/5. We then ordered Ludhiyana Murgh Tikka, the presentation blew me away. Copper container with some coal inside keeping the Chicken hot, tasty and soft. We moved to the Main Course and I have to talk about their Garlic Naan, it was amazing. Soft, Garlic-y, buttery and delicious. A bread you need to try when you're here. We also ordered for Nawabi Chicken which was nice being a little on the sweeter side with some dry fruits and thick gravy. However what I LOVED THE MOST here was Murgh Kadhai. It was mind-boggling! With so much food in front of you, it's hard to finish everything. And I was quite full by then. However Murgh Kadhai was finished, the gravy, the chicken, everything. It was all wiped out. The Indian taste that you need will be provided to your tastebuds and your tastebuds will thank you for sure.
All in all a wonderful experience, the ambience was a little hotter with the AC inside but the food won't let you think about it. A special shoutout to out server, Rahul Pandey for his beautiful service and his knowledge about the food he was serving.
Give this place a shot if you haven't and don't forget to try their Murgh Kadhai.❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this beautiful outlet located in oshiwara. Ambience is beautiful and good music was played. Service was quick and staff was helpful to us.
They have sitting option u can choose indor and outdoor as per us choice .
We had tried some delicious mocktail such as
Fruit punch and virgin mojito both was refreshing and tasty must try
In appetizers we had tried
Murgh ludhiana tikka : it was medium spicy and presentation was good taste delicious chicken was very well grilled.
Murgh reshmi tikka : it was authentic murgh tikka good in taste
Maincourse we had order
Paneer butter masala : it was good in quantity sufficient for 2 and taste was really good must try it
Murgh lababdar : it was quit spicy ? sufficient for 2 taste delicious ?
Desert we order gajar halwa
Overall it was good dineing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited The Great Indian Dhaba the other night. The place has such fun and quirky vibe out there. they have indoor as well as outdoor seatings. the place is pretty lit and quite breezy in the evening. feels great to chill out with friends and family there.
Their staff is very active and well informed about menu and services.
Here's from my plate:
Ludiyana Murg Tikka:- medium spicy with served in coal smoking vessel the kabab's were having a mixture of spices and smokey Aroma
Murg Dahi Lasooni Kebab:-I absolutely loved the taste. they were so soft and delicious.
Butter chicken with laccha paratha
Gulab Jamun: Super soft and tasty .
Overall it was a great dinner at the great indian dhaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Oshiwara, we tried the Great Indian Dhaba for a weekday lunch.
I was in mood for some amazing North Indian cuisine and this was a perfect pick.
The first dish we tried here was Narm Dil ke Kebab made from paneer and veggies mixed in spices and fried. They were quite chatpata and i really would recommend these.
Next we tried the Pudina Paneer Tikka, it had the proper bhatti smell and tasted amazing.
For mains, our server suggested us Kadhai Paneer, which was perfect balanced spicy cooked in tomato gravy with capsicum and onions flavoured in ground spices. The quantity was good enough for 3 people. I would suggest garlic naan along with this sabzi, it goes really well along with it.
Nothing is better than Kesar Lassi with North Indian food for lunch. Lassi was perfectly sweet and thick and in good quantity.
For desserts, we had the hot gulab jamuns topped with dry fruits. They served 4 jamuns dripping in hot chashni easy to make anybody drool.
Overall it was an amazing experience along with the hospitality and excellent food.

Mr Rashid was great and helped us with the proper and their speciality dishes.

° Naram Dil Ke Kebab:
Heart shape kebab made up of veggies, potatoes and Paneer.
Very crispy and crunchy from out and soft-moist from in. Served with lip smacking chutney.
Flavourful and delish. ?

° Ludhiani Murgh Tikka:
Beautifully presented in a smokey pot (Handi) and Tikka was so soft and Flavourful ?

° Chole Rawalpindi:
Mashy chickpeas (chole) in a Flavourful and rich gravy. Very unique and delish from regular chole.
If you love to try new dishes would recommend this to you ??
° Nawabi Chicken:
Creamy, buttery and thick gravy made up of cashew, species and cream with boneless chicken. Very flavorful and lil bit very less on sweeter side.
*DRINKS:
° Fresh fruit Lassi:
Chunks of fresh pineapple within the lassi. Lassi was thick, chilled, creamy and natural which was a plus point that it was not over sweet. ??
Garnished with dry fruits and rose syrup ?
*DESSERT:
Ended on sweet note.
Had warm and absolutely soft gulab jamun. ?
Had great and amazing food experience.

Fruit Punch - It was a blend of juice with creamy texture and it had a very good tatse.
The Great Indian Dhaba Lassi - lassi with gulab Jamun in it and garnished with Pistachio on its top was special.
(Do try The Great Dhaba Special Lassi, its ?).
Starters
Tandoor Stuffed Mushroom- It has a nice marination of yoghurt and fresh cream and Stuffed with nuts.
In Main Course we had Paneer Tikka Masala - Paneer was soft and cooked in red Gravy. Texture and Taste was good.
Hderabadi Dum Biryani - Aromatic Basmati rice cooked with vegetables witg a bit spiciness in it served with Dahi raita was perfect biryani.
Kuch Meetha ho Jae.
In Sweets we had Kesar Stuffed Gulab Jamun with pistachios in it was very good to complete our meal.
Overall the i had a great experience enjoying food at The Great Indian Dhaba.

We had
1. The great indian lassi - thick sumptuous lassi with a twist of gulab jamun and pista pieces, a very different preparation
2. Paneer tikka masala - this was super yummy and thick red gravy with soft paneer pieces and paired well with the naan
3. Dal makhani - this buttery dal was delicious
4. Garlic Naan - the Naan could have been a bit more garlic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gone to celebrate my wife’s bay and it was a good experience.
Service is a bit slow even though it was an afternoon and there weren’t many patrons it took quite some time to get our order.
We ordered Chicken Tandoori which was good. We had also ordered butter chicken which was nice ( Recommended). Rogan josh was too oily and we asked to remove oil from the same, the mutton was not as well cooked as I would have liked. We ordered Fresh lime soda and I liked it (it was a bit less sweet but when I asked them to add some sugar syrup it was perfect).
