★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pvc ceiling broke down in one month. Entire ceiling fell on floor. Now the stop executive is saying they are not responsible for it all this. Wasted rupees 25,000. Totally irresponsible people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I bought around 80 sheets from mr jaspal(owner). Their website thegreatewall.in says the pvc panel costs Rs 15/ft but when i went to there store they started asking 24/ ft to 27/ft. After lot of negotiations the final cost per ft was finalized to rs 20/ft ( ie rs 200 per pvc sheet) . Later for my surprise i was informed by other shop that sheets actually cost only rs 15/ ft.
2. Mr pargat ( pvc worker) was sent to my home for installtion. After 2 days of work he informed me that half of the sheets received by us was incorrect( not the one we purchased). They had sent us slow moving sheet and later after lots of discussions and wasting lot of time the correct sheets were sent to us. Mr pargat young boy, smoothly lied to us and comfortably being hand in glove with the owner cheated us and later dint turn up for work on the pretext of not feeling well. Work was later completed by some other agency which we searched through other shop.
3. The items like screw, aluminum rods and other small items were overpriced. Later post negotiation cost per piece was reduced by ra 20 which still was very high compared to cost at other shops.
4. One strong suggestion that i would like to give to all the readers here is that be very cautious during pricing and do not pay beyound rs 17 per ft ( rs 170 per sheet) at any cost for any pvc. All pvc are directly coming from china and later stamps are showcase quality. Do not get fooled. Also, buy accessories from other shops. Also, in case mr pragat happens to be the installation person be take everything in writing about his fees and requirement. Hope this feedback helps everyone out here who is spending their hard earned money to decor their lovely homes.
