I have ordered Impatiens- orange plant but red was delivered still i kept quiet and this plant after repotting died within 4 /6 days.
I was disappointed because the same plant i had ordered twice and both the times it had died. First time I kept quiet and second time I bought it to the notice but my mails or whatsapp msg did not get any response.
All i was told we will get back.
There is no reply after that.
Each time I paid 200 rs for this plant son400₹ lost.
Please do not order, customer service poor.
There prices are not less and they do not refund and no clear caring instructions is given.
Then when the plant dies they say you must've watered more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the customer support service.
I have been a returning customer to this place and have bought more than 50 planters in store. I ordered some planters online from them in February since I couldn't commute to the store. They delivered wrong and damaged products of very bad quality! When I asked them for replacement, they promised to replace it with the ordered products in a week. It's been 3 months and they have been actively ignoring my calls, repeated requests on WhatsApp, and email with no response!
So disappointed with the way they chose to treat their returning customer. Will never return again and wouldn't recommend ordering online from this site!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online since the website and reviews looked promising. Plants were delivered on time but wilted in a week's time. Tried contacting via phone and was asked to send an e-mail, but received no response on the e-mail after multiple follow ups. Order at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venkat came to our place in JP Nagar and provided great suggestions on what plants would fit our house.
Within 2-3 weeks, plants came and the Greenyard team did a great job explaining the whole process.
Only suggestion is to increase the support period to 3 months or more since first time plant owners might need the help. Still Venkat and the team promised yo help us out in case of issues.
Happy plant owner.
