Black and white balloons decoration and table decore was wonderful. There food was also very tasty.
Shirley was with me all the time.
We also have been there on 31st at hichkee restaurant which was also a good experience.

The staffs were friendly and just felt homely at this place.
The surroundings and hall, all maintained properly.
Especially for occasions like reception or wedding.
I was here on a wedding and enjoyed it till early morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hosted a gathering of 150 guests at this venue for my Grandparents' Golden Jubilee. The ambiance is great, food is delicious, staff is cooperative. If their design suites your taste then do give them a visit. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and I hope you will too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless banquet ..I have booked on 29 april on my wedding day these people put off all the lights just to save electricity and function was still going on .....and DJ is worthless ....Dj boy doesnot know which song should play or not .....And there is a guy who works there named Rahul who booked my function.He is a big liar and he denied from his words and didnot give me the same deal which I booked

The food and beverages are delicious, served with care and in nice crockery.
The Service staff is cordial and has nice etiquette, The housekeeping staff is also very active to keep things clean and fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is one of the best in business in Delhi. It's truly beautiful and very intelligently designed. There are multiple Halls available with capacity of both small get together of 50 people to large gathering.
1.) On the food quality front - the taste of food is premium with chef prepared style.
2.)On the decoration front - They are very careless about the specifications mentioned before hand at the time of booking. I myself booked for an anniversary celebration and paid for balloon decorations including back drop, selfie point and entry arch. They didn't deliver half of the decorations at the time of function. I had to make them do it 5 minutes prior the function.
3.) On the waitering service front - The waiters are very slow and inefficient. At the Time of dinner, breads were served late. Also the service of snacks and drinks were average only.
4.) On the quantity and variety of food front - they do have a large variety of snacks and beverages available, but make sure they deliver all items at the time of function. They were not serving all the beverages like milk shake and mojitos properly in my function. I had to nag them again and again to make them serve all the beverages. The floor Captain assigned to me at the time of function was very arrogant and laid back. Coffee wasn't served untill the end of celebration.
5.) On the cost and price front - they'll quote you very high prices but you can negotiate to get the best offers. You can have a good celebration in your tight budget if you negotiate with them well.
Overall, I'd still recommend them but with a disclaimer that DO MAKE THEM WRITE EACH AND EVERY DETAIL ON THE BOOKING CARD BEFORE HAND TO AVOID ANY MISCOMMUNICATION.
And make sure they deliver each and everything discussed at the time of booking. They'll not provide everything on their own, you'll have to Make them do it.
