They do not listen to anybody they do whatever they want no choice is given to parents
They are conducting offline exams and if parents say that exams should be online they arrogantly say no and say it's your choice either send you child or he will not be given any score

They are conducting classes in their premises but they are not responsible for anything.
Moreover there teaching standards are not as per the fees they charge.
