★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Players and Parents are disappointed by today's Haryana State Chess Competition at Faridabad. Even Arbiter has done Arbiter Course but he is not using his skills.
And in last moment, they changed the date of competition. State Level Competition needs atleast 3 days. In one and a half day, they do many mistakes in hurry.
Competitions should be in Time
Players need rest also (4 Rounds in one day is very difficult.)
And next day, reporting time should be 10am instead of 8am or 8:30am.
pl understand the feeling of players and parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience today in Haryana State at Faridabad.
One hour late match started.
Many Players Rating was not mentioned.
Chess Clocks were not provided by the Organizer. They charge entry fee from players and they can take Chess Clock on Rent.
And Shocking news is that in many rooms, Parents were Arbiter.
Haryana State Charged Rs 200 for one year Registration Fee. They can use this money for Arbiter, Chess Clock and good water arrangement and refreshments.
Players from different cities have to reach early in the morning at 8:30am for playing 4 matches in one day you can imagine the situation of Haryana, how the quality will be improved.
These types of competitions are only formality.
Pl take strict actions for Haryana Chess improvement, Do Arbiter Meeting, everything should be preplanned.
