★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the lady at the counter was extremely arrogant and rude. Not the kind of experience you expect in an antique store. As far as collections are concerned there are many places where you get similar stuff for much cheaper price. Considering you don't get an age card, I don't see a reason why I would put myself through the misery of walking into this terrible store. Can I give a zero rating?

They were so arrogant and not showing interest on walkin customers, completely avoiding/ignoring and treated like thieves. We asked few items details and it's price but didn't respond well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have genuine collectibles. They are not people who just dump old antiques. But they patiently have taken care of them. They are very careful about who they accept as customers as well. You will just blissfully understand that Old is Gold when you visit them.

Service was most efficient and excellent. Service provided by the whole Bimal Auto Agency was very commendable. Keep it up !
