★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i approched him i was having lot of infection in my neck and had few allergies related to dust and all, doctor asked me to reduce weight. When i call him he first said its not all about weight it is about meatabolism in the body. Frankly speaking i am now following his diet and supplement completly and not taking any single medicine neither a pain killer nor any anti allergic.I know its a long way but i am improving day by day, thanks a lot...i still rember his words when i interacted with him first time marne nahi dunga u will be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sourabh is extremely knowledgeable and knows nutrition science in-and-out, in practice and in theory. Sourabh is extremely talented and is passionate about his patients. He caters treatment to suit your needs and personally guides you through your weight loss/fitness journey. I would highly recommend him, especially for anyone trying to lose weight with PCOS or Diabetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Saurabh for now couple of years and his diet plans work like miracle if you really follow it. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months!!!
However I feel that Saurabh can do a better job on improving his follow ups and answer his calls or text messages in timely manner.
I would also like to see him having a regular weekly scheduled one on one for 30 minutes with the client to answer any questions or confusion or challenges.
