He will take advance, confirm booking and if he gets bigger group with more members on the same day he will cancel your booking and refund the amount. Such unprofessional way of making money.. no ethics.

Mr. Shyam Singh ji cooperated a lot, responded to all my messages and calls promptly and was in constant touch throughout. He is a very friendly person and we simply enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean with excellent view, food was delicious and I ate the best poha in my life ?. Thank you Shyam ji for your excellent hospitality.

The whole property is very neat and clean with the best views and best food.l would strongly recommend The Heritage to everyone who is looking for a quiet, clean and homely place to stay on their way to Lahual n Spiti valley.Thank you Uncleji.We would really like to stay at your farmhouse whenever it is ready ?
t	tushar kaul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shyam Singh ji and Aunty are such a delight to be around and talk to. They make you feel at home and are excellent hosts. They are so warm and welcoming, they reminded us of our parents back home. Aunty's cooking is a must try for everyone who stays here. The homestay is very well located, it's close to the temple, monastery and pheasantry. The rooms are very well maintained and have a breathtaking view of the mighty mountains. We surely will visit The Heritage again! And we highly recommend it to travellers passing/staying in Sarahan.

Hospitality was par excellence. Hosts were very cordial and warm. Overall I think people can come and enjoy their stay in the property.

The Heritage run by a retired army officer and his wife is nestled in a perfect location which gives you some amazing views of Shrikhand Mahadev peak and range. We had planned for a night stay but extended our stay by one more night as the place was so quite and peaceful. They have 8 rooms - the one upstairs was spacious with private dinning area, the downstairs room was smaller but still plenty big enough with small sit outs & tall glass windows for better views. We went in for the downstairs room. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and clean bedding. Food is simple, homemade, hygienic and tasty. Washrooms were clean and attached with geysers and western toilets. Family was very warn, welcoming, helpful & friendly. Will surely recommend Heritage Homestay for people who are looking for a home away from home.

Driver was given an accommodation at a nominal rate of 200rs. Only thing i didn’t like is heater provided wasn’t enough to keep the room warm.
