★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and arrogant staff don't have manners to talk with guests. They don't co-operate for anything and will ask for full payment even before your event is over. Their focus is on taking money from you but not on providing service.
Very pathetic and not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disheartening experience booked lawn six months before, took gold package for 50people after that 500per plate. Few days before event when went for final menu selection management asked 2000 rs per plate can you imagine?? When dared to cancel booking agreed on 500 per plate.worst part was yet to come food service not started giving reason that remaing 50000 rs yet to be paid considering us rogue. Arrogant people.Be cautious before booking.

It's is the best place to start your career and grow.
And about the events,,,,
They organize the events systematically and their events are the bunch of creativity.
Ofcourse for any event food quality and taste is our first priority and The Heriytage provides best food quality and taste.
Either the event is big or small their Higher management always comes into the event and takes feedback from clients that they are happy or have some problems
They take care alot of customer satisfaction
