★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Himkalash cottage is not just beautiful but the location at hill top is so scenic, the best thing was the hot cup of tea in morning served by Navneet ji mother made from mountain herbs, I would never forget the peaceful time I spent here, there are so many treks and untouched hidden jems that one could spend days exploring and experiencing the nature, it's an amazing and so underrated place but the best thing is it's away from crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful quiet village and home stay to be at! Seri village is one of the quieter villages in Thachi. This homestay is run by Navneet's family. A small uphill hike takes you to this beaut designed homestay that has interconnected rooms to accomodate around 15-20 people at a time . Like most homestays you will get very basic himachali food here served with warmth and love. Dont miss aunty's pudina chai and the small hidden trail behind the homestay that takes you to the top of the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first visit in 2017 I had no idea what to expect. As I reached the house and settled in I felt the peace in my heart since I was out of the hustle bustle of the city life. A fresh air to breathe and a clear deep blue sky. The night at the house was all the more amazing. From such a height the stars looked so bright and so near like you want to stretch and just cling on to them. The mornings and the smell of smoke from hamam as pine cones burn was an equally pleasant experience. The food and the wonderful people around you who are loving and full of care and respect is the icing on the cake.
Everyday is enjoyable as u lie down and enjoy the wind and the sun hoping the holidays won't end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful cottage is located in a very offbeat location, Seri Village near Aut Tunnel. At an altitude of 2500 meters. Mr Navneet and his family were great hosts and made us feel like home. The rooms were very cozy and warm and after a 3 days trek with Mr Navneet, the cottage was a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cottage is in the middle of the serene village of Seri. The rooms are really cozy and the owners are really warm and welcoming.The owners also organise awesome treks and hikes to solitary destinations !!!
I would call it a place one should visit at least once in a lifetime.?
