Mr. Verma never keeps his words, we had very bad experience with him in these corona days when everyone is already in short of money, He had promised us to refund our money if the trip would be cancelled due to any reason whatsoever. But it is very unfortunate that now he clearly refused to pay back our amount even when we cancelled the trip due to night curfew in Udaipur and bad corona condition of Delhi. We are also going to file a criminal complaint against him. Will not let him go .He is a clear case of criminal breach of trust and cheating. I have proofs.

I booked a trip hotel room was poor,volvo service was also very poor and they charged for super delux services but they will give you very ordinary service.
I have waited 2 hours outside the hotel for my room they did not asked hotel for early check in.
they will ask their money upfront but when comes to refund tell do not pick the phone.
