★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, fake 5 stars by the people who work here (bikki jatti). Anyways used their service for 3 weeks and cancelled the contract. Not one good maid they could provide. All their maids have so much attitude to do work. They are always on the phone and make faces when given work to do. I got 3 maids in 3 weeks. One of them did not know how to switch on the fan, the other did not want to cook and the third wanted to go back in 3 days because she had an upset stomach. One of them who did not want to cook blew up our pressure cooker and destroyed our kitchen. We have to paint the whole place and had to buy new stuff. Vicky is the worst person who will promise you a lot but gives nothing. All their maids charge 15k and above and want to work only 3 to 4 hours a day. One maid refused to iron clothes saying she doesn't know how to do it and would sleep til 5 pm in the evening. The last maid would get up at 8 am saying she sleeps late at night. Please avoid them at all cost. Read your contract well. These guys will charge 25k for service charge and threaten to not return it even if you cancel the contract in less than a months time.

My experience has been excellent, the entire staff is coopertaive, and finds you a maid as per your expectations.as promised they stick to replacement too. I can recommend them to anyone interested with 100% confidence. Best maid service in Delhi NCR.
