β β β β β Very bad experience with the executive named Vimal Shah. A very pathetic behaviour during my last visit at The HUB. Actually at that time, a person at ground floor welcoming us and other persons are too very generous. But the person named Vimal Shah is talking to us with very rude tone.
If you are going to visit The HUB, then please avoid this person at 1st floor.

β β β β β staff behaviour are not good. Keep very clear during any discussion and their commitment. If possible make a note in notepad. For them, before purchase customer is God after payment they are God. I personally not recommend HUB for NRI people who is coming for short time.

β β β β β Best place to buy Men's clothes. They have everything a man needs in clothing. Limited brands but great quality and most importantly they have good Salesmanship. No other place beats that in Vadodara.

β β β β β Will try to summarize my experience as short as possible.
Greeted warmly and shown available choices, but staff is over confident and think they never make mistake. They brought wrong size for trial and when I pointed out, he said- "that's not possible, i checked twice before bringing". When I showed him tag, he gave weird look. When we asked - what are the available option if we notice stitching issue? Rather than answering the question, he replied- "we are selling more than 350 similar pieces that's not possible. we are big brand lab lab.... " but he didn't answer question until we asked(didn't want to but his replied didn't left other option than asking little rudely) him to answer the question rather than talking about unnecessary stuff. then he realize his mistake and checked for stitching/possible other issues. At cash counter, They provides information after verifying phone # and name but rewards points changed(I have habit to note down info to avoid confusion later). when I asked to speak to a supervisor if available or contact info. He said, we don't provide contact number or name. When we pushed for it, he said, I am supervisor( if he is, then he can told that initially) and he told us-"there is no way our staffs provide wrong info, you may heard wrong".
That's why I mentioned at first, their staff is overconfident.

β β β β β Perfect shop for ethnic wear, party wear and casual wear apparels. Quiet expensive but you can feel value for money once had experience herewith. Parking is a issue for a while as fly over construction work is going on. Has excellent interior structure. Well mannered staff follows WHO's guidelines as well.
