I bought a kurti for 12,800 rs . Which they said they will alter . First me and my mil were explaining to them how to tell their tailor to alter since it’s a stylish / kaftan style kurti … then they called me saying that they will send it to the designer who will alter the garment since it’s difficult for the local tailor to do it - for this they will charge me 1500 rs .
I agreed to pay - on seeing the altered kurti which came after so many days - it’s such a shoddy job done - looks like it’s done from a local tailor . On complaining the store girl argued with me saying that’s why can be done !
I paid the charges by the way since the level of argument was so high .
Please buy on your own risk from this place ! I have paid 14000 for a bad garment which is unwearable now .
Horrible horrible and horrible experience .
