★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place was very nice about 2-3 years back, now the quantity has dropped along with the quality, the fries in the bottom were over fried and also the drinks are quite overpriced considering the quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled 8km for this keeping Mumbai branch taste in mind... But totally wasted. Felt like duplicate. Ordered BBQ chicken fries ... But hardly found any chicken...potato and BBQ sauce.Thats it. No crowd no staff.Just one employee that too very unwelcoming. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper sitting area. Ordered BBQ chicken fries & I didn't find any chicken in it while it's full of potato fries. Normal road side fries are better I felt that time. Also, it felt like he has put fries in sauce than sauce on the fries. No wash basin. Could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was craving for some good fries that day.. finally i cudnt resist myself and it was 10.15pm when I called 'the j' and Ritik Pandey sir received the call. They usually close by 10.45pm.. entire staff left for home still Pandey sir kept the cafe open.. we reached by 11.2Opm and damn.. i had the BEST fries ever.. thank you so much to Ritik Pandey sir?? he was so polite and humble, we need people like him. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Zomato, but couldn't resist the craving, so opted for a dine in.
The sitting area is a bit uncomfortable the tables aren't that fixed though, but you'd be so engrossed in the taste of the fries and the chocolate shake that you wouldn't care what's in the surroundings.
The staff is friendly and would say that they do know how to provide a good customer experience. ?
