★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited and toured Jazminn service apartments located in Bengaluru (HRBR Layout) in the last week of December 2021 during my holiday-break from my work in Saudi Arabia. Najeeb Akhtar, the owner of the apartment and my school-mate accompanied me to see the uniqueness of the apartments.
Firstly I was impressed with the location – calm and cool with greenery all around. Secondly each and every apartment was well-crafted with the themes like Wood, Earth, Metal and Glass. More I was touched with the hand-work beautifying the interiors. So well planned and lot of efforts gone in to beautifying the place. Hats-off Najeeb – I am sure I am going to stay in your apartments in future whenever I visit from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Over and above I am highly satisfied with the security of the place.

Stayed here with my guests and the service was pretty good and the suites was amazing with state of the art interiors and bringing the vibe of making you feel like its home! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from MALDIVES, and I stayed in their apartment with my family after our medicals. I cannot express my gratitude well enough for the excellent service the owner and the team gave us. The owner made sure that our stay was comfortable and attended all our requests without delay. Also, the staffs helped us with our online food orders as the apps require online payments for more items.
CLEANLINESS
We are very picky with our choice of stays. Cleanliness is a priority for us, and the apartment fits our criteria. The place is clean, the beddings are changed every other day, the staffs change the towels and clean the apartment everyday.
SPACIOUS & PERFECT VENTILATION
The apartment has 3 BALCONIES and their is one more back door balcony to the kitchen. I love how the place gets so much light and fresh air. Not to mention the trees around the place and it is very spacious.
QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBHOURHOOD
The area is quiet and peaceful. The building has a reception downstairs which made us feel very safe and secure. There are few people around the area. Good location as well.
WELL DESIGNED & COZY SERVICED APARTMENT
Everything is provided by the apartment. We got WIFI and TV's in all the rooms. The kitchen is equipped with crockeries and cutleries and the mattresses are very comfortable. I sleep with the drapes open and snuggled under the duvet and watching the rain, as its rainy when I was there.
My family and I are very lucky to have stayed in The Jazminn and I would recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay there next time In Sha Allah. Totally worth the price!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to stay in bangalore with family and friends. Stayed there with my family. staffs and owner are very friendly. Well furnished and maintained flats. All 4 flats are unique in their own way. Designed it in the best way it could be. Bathroom designs are superb. Perfectly built service apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I stayed at the Wood Apartment for four days and absolutely loved it! The place is beautifully done. We were in awe of the aesthetics (it’s even better than the photos). There is a lot of natural light in the living room as well as two of the bedrooms, which kept the place bright and airy. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and crockery. The apartment was well maintained and regularly cleaned by the staff, and the staff are absolutely the nicest, they’re there for all your needs and very responsive. The manager provided us with complementary breakfast. Even otherwise, the place is located in an area which allowed delivery of all possible food options.
From booking the place to checking out, it was a seamless process. Highly recommend the Wood apartment for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed in the Wood apartment for a week or more. The location made it so that we were in a quiet area but within walking distance to one of the main shopping streets (much needed as we were in Bangalore for a wedding). The rooms were clean and kept clean by daily servicing. The staff were friendly and kind. The aesthetics of the apartment are truly stunning. We couldn't get over how well thought every element was, even the bathroom designs. We even had the Glass apartment rented out for a few days and yet again so beautiful just blown away by the details! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay, very safe and clean.
The only thing was noise from the apartments above and below during new years eve but hey that's expected during that time.
