★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever metal store I have ever come across. They are the best at cheating. Will site a sample piece which will be in good condition but the rest of the pieces will be worst.
The is no exchange, refund or replacement in this store.
Moreover shopkeepers are too rude at the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cunning people, Especially the owner who charge Rs.10 for the packing of your very least material which you purchase here, which can be carried very handy.
Collections are OK, which are stuck back around 3 years ago. The location shown in the map, would make you explore entire market area, because it is not the exact location which is meant on the map.
I would suggest B V K Iyengar road rather than this place. Because they have made their name and fame, they won't care you has a customer, I have already given them more than 5 lakhs of Business, since you end up has a beggar, I always feel like a person who is waiting for Prasad after Dharshan of God.

We used to purchase it for our office earlier and recently shopped for my marriage requirements and it is always very reasonable with no question about pricing. You get huge collection of kitchenware and gifting products for bulk purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience at this store. The owner Mr Arun is very rude and unprofessional. The prices are also higher than other vendors. Just because they have a goodwill being a very old shop, they are taking customers for a ride. In fact they fail to understand that such business practices and improper behavior with customers will only spoil their image day by day. There are many shops on Nagarathpete main road itself which offer much better prices and customer experience. This place is a definite no no for anyone.
My reply to your comments: Dear Sir, Let me clarify the facts very clearly. I visited your store thrice. The 1st time was to buy the utensils. The 2nd time was to buy additional spoons and also to get the bill rectified as your cashier/ biller had charged me the wrong rates for one of the items. This was agreed and I was given the refund of excess charged.
The 3rd time was to get 3 or 4 of the lids exchanged because they had scratches. This was the only time I came to exchange as against your comment mentioning I came thrice to exchange. And please don't say that I wanted to get "all" items exchanged. The exchange items were only worth approx Rs 150 to 250 out of the total bill of Rs 6500 odd. At this also, you were impolite and threw the lids in front of me and said that you will not exchange, rather will refund me the amount. To which I agreed. And this happened for the good because then, I went to get the same (same brand and same size) lids from another shop and I realised that you had charged excess for these.
Anyway, let me just end by saying that it is not my intention to defame your shop. But since I had a very bad experience, I thought it was right to highlight this to other customers. After all, this is what reviews are for. We all check reviews of various vendors so it is apt to write a review whenever we want to raise a red flag. Nothing personal against you.
Also, I would humbly suggest that you should improve on your customer satisfaction matrix rather than taking offence to genuine reviews. Please calmly think about it. And if I have hurt you in any way, then "Michammi Dukkadam".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst character of the owner / cashier. Very rude. The weight differ from what he is weights & what we get.
When I enquired about the same. He denied to sell the product & said his staff - Not to sell retail, sell only wholesale, not in small quantity. Only in large quantities. He thought I don't know understand rajastani but I have some friends who are from Rajasthan. He started to abuse me after some more conversation in Rajastani language. Your reply is not worth I am not the guy who told 3 months for function & I was not there to take photographs, me & my spouse came to buy. "This Is not Karnataka Metal Industry ITS A *MENTAL* INDUSTRY"
