The t.v has no channel subscription available.
The a.c has no remote even we asked for the remote there wasn't any response to it.
The room where I have stayed has zero frequency for wifi(it was included in the features of the room that says free wifi).
There were no welcome drinks when we arrived(it was included in the features of the room that they will give us "VIRGIN MOJITO/ BLUE LAGOON/ TEA/ COFFEE") although when we asked for it they gives us two cups of tea or coffee.
There were many mistakes in the billing (adding room service charges in everything).
They also said that they will give you free breakfast "Poori bhaji, aalo paratha, curd, sandwich,poha, jalebi, tea, coffee, milk" but when we asked for it they said the cook wasn't here for it. and later on, they give 2 Parathe, achaar,dahi and there wasn't any choice of choosing anything else
Pros
I went with my family of four people including me so they arranged a separate matrix for extra people.
The view was good from the windows you can see the mountain of trikoot.
It was close to the mountain where we have to do climbing.
They arranged for us ropeway tickets for the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at prime location at Bada Akhara square , Devi ji road. This hotel provides Comfortable bed, nice decoration ,big window, large shower, soft towels,really nice breakfast! Really close to the highway, but far enough. You can feel the staff is working really hard to make the hotel the best place to stay!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 days and the hotel to stay had been good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The service was good. The quality of food was also very good.
Special mention to Raj Narayan for excellent service. I definitely recommend this hotel to others if you are visiting to Maihar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very good and staff is nice and helpful. Food quality is very nice and buffet breakfast has few quality. Need some improvement. Location wise is is close to temple and I recommend to stay people who are coming for Mata darshan.

Rooms are good but a bit costly.
Restaurant and food quality is good.
Ample space for Parking is also there.
Anandam hotel just behind this hotel can also be considered with comparatively lower price.
