★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place where the bill can come to 136 this place makes zero effort in being customer centric. No support for debit card payment.It is inconvenient to keep exact change. Cash only. And the workers are thieves who don't return change. So ask for it. You can see the lack of professionalism compared to the workers in exact opposite at Panino's. Lack of sitting arrangement and it's pointless to eat here with all the traffic noise, no parking space, dust flying with every passing vehicle and hoarde of zomato dudes sitting around being loud as if they're partially deaf.
And no surprises this place has only gotten worse. No hygiene. Totally lazy management

I just don't think it's worth ₹250.

- you can see the level hygiene they ensure in the pic below - no mask/ no gloves while packing food and no cleanliness
- quality deteriorated over years and this is the worst (not coming after this)
- NO VALUE FOR MONEY
- They don’t accept any mode of digital payment (not debit/credit cards, no upi/ wallet)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st they charge me gst on given menu price they charge 296 for 2 half chicken chilli roll, who charge gst on street food? Than it is like the chicken small pieces are counted than it put in the roll...very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fresh. Over rated. Mutton is hard like rubber and extra pricey. They don't listen our order nicely & correctly. Have better roll options in the city. Skip this chain. It's not worth eating nor worth paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The real originators of Rolls in Nagpur has been Kathi crossing. The mutton keema roll still tastes like the authentic mughlai rolls from purani Delhi markets and I recommend everyone who has inclination towards rolls to try Kathi crossing. Specially the one on North ambazari road. Exclusive taste and way better than other brands those I have tried like Rolfie, rolls mania, Grillify or Calcutta rolls.
