★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place...work culture is tends to zero...for changing Mobile no of Aadhar card have to give 3working days and busy hours of mine in standing in que...and officers and staff close the centre at 12pm!!...rude behaviour of staff...total mess...no information centre or help desk...

Nice Service, No hurdles. I was properly assisted and Guided. Polite and Helpful staff.
Amazed to get such service from a Govt office????

Birth certificate work is only available .
Mon-Fri 11 AM to 1 PM
Sat 11-12 PM
Then why WB government is paying officials for 9AM to 5 PM duty?
They can seat and gossip but can't do official job after 1 PM?

Xerox of baby's hospital card/certificate, mother and father aadhar card photo copy is required.
1st copy is free if child age is less than 1 year, otherwise 100 for that
Extra copy @100 per copy can be taken
