★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to showroom in Tharmax chowk Kothari Wheels, the point is that they rejected to wash my vehicle in free of cost, they asked for 200 rs to wash my vehicle.washing is the part of servicing. I had asked them for circulation held by Maruti Suzuki to not wash vehicle.they rejected to show it. And there is no any service advisor there to serve any customer i went there at 10am and took my vehicle at 11:30pm till service advisor should not came there

2) Lack of Commitments. Commits something else and does something else.
3) No parts available.
4) Not a single hanging freshener, which costs 100.00 rs is available in the showroom
5) False commitments
If anybody wants to have more details, kindly reply to my feedback i will give you my contact number and i will give you all the phone call recordings done with kothari showroom associates.
Wonder cars is much much much better, they are very upfront and stick to the commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be good. However down the line they started cheating their customers. My steering rack replacement was supposed to be done under warranty and after two months they didn't do anything. The steering on my baleno still doesn't return to it's original position!
Beware before trusting these guys. Go to Hadapsar Kothari Wheels instead. They are way better at their job than these pimpri guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely friendly and up to the point. Explains all the issues and then the take on it. All the departments are separate and yet function well. The place is easily noticable from road and easily accessible. The staff estimates on work are usually correct and deliver the car on time. It is all in one, servicing body fix and all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of Communications leads to delay in service delivery. Ideally team should be well conversant with the means of communications like - whatsapp, SMS, Email if phone call is not reachable.
team should explore their data based for client details. since from last 10 years I am regular customer of Kothari Wheels. Even I bought Two Vehicles from KW, trusting them, whereas Now i have lost the trust on them. it was good going in last 2-3 years back but now they have lost to create space in the customers like me. Definitely mouth publicity is most powerful tool as per me.
