★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The language mall is a very good place to learn a new language. The classrooms are spacious and the ambiance is awesome. Also the teachers and management members are friendly and supportive. Different techniques are used to make sure you get fluent with the language. My experience here was fantastic. I personally recommend this class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was opting for Mandarin language course along with my friend. We were told to pay advance fees accordingly we paid 1k each and then we were asked to await till they coordinate with their tutor later I was informed for some other time slot it was not getting adjusted with my schedule. I asked them regarding the fees of further levels and timings for the same and their representative replied much rudely. We cancelled the admission due to lack of assurance and they simply didn't refund the fees either. Much unprofessional and selfish attitude once you pay them advance money. No value for time allotted.
UPDATE :
1) While taking admission I already made it clear about my Ty course which had nothing to do with learning a language. The time slot was already decided at that time you asked us to wait till more students gather as less students opt for Mandarin and it's necessary for formation of a group for discussion based learning. Later we were told that we can begin the class of two but the timing needs to be adjusted to other time slot to which I was in denied due to other commitments.
2) Despite of that my mother called you for enquiring regarding timing and fees for further levels so as we could get an idea about how long the time will have to be adjusted and just learning the beginner level was not enough for getting understanding about a language but your representative simply replied, "Why are you asking me about further levels if you can't afford the beginner level fees itself? "
3) If you're really this committed to providing education then you won't talk in this manner with a person who already paid you advance fees. Your representative could have at least told her that you decide the fees and time for further levels after completion of beginner level course.
4) Education is not business and you easily found out my friends contact through my review so it was not that difficult for you to get a follow up. Covid happened in March 2020 you yourself mentioned that we came to you in May 2019 which was much before that. Even if I agree with your non-refundable policy yet my friend had no issue you could still contact him for the same. Thank You and best wishes for your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to The Language Mall to study Sanskrit, with absolutely no prior knowledge in the subject. In a year, I was able to grasp almost every single concept in the language. The Sanskrit faculty is phenomenal, and what I love about The Language Mall is that they cater to each student’s individual needs. They take into account the level of learning of the student, the extent of understanding and alter their teaching methods accordingly. The explanations are so detailed and coherent, and there is no time when the teachers will hesitate to answer a question, regardless of how complex or challenging it is. The environment of the class is also extremely comfortable and easy to adapt to, and the staff members are some of the nicest I have encountered. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if anybody is looking for a detailed, comprehensive language learning experience.
