★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is great place to check in if you want to be closer to the airport with great access to the mall which is full of great diners and cinema. And a great place to attend events too.
Cons:
1. A lot of front level staff is too hard with protocols and is not accommodative of guest requests. For example, they would like to block 150% of booked night amount and wouldn't easily accept for you to settle clearance at check-out which wasted my check in time by 20 min stating they do it "this way" only. Maybe they don't trust newer guests who might turn patrons.
2. The diner's front level staff is not fluent in understanding instructions (or English I guess) when you are in for breakfast or dinner : If you have any special request as to how your food is to be made then better forget it and accept disappointment as most of it wouldn't reach the chef.
3. Estimated tea delivery for in-room dining waiting is min 35 minutes when order is placed via the telecom. Better be-friend the manager on Day 1 for shorter turnaround time.
4. I am not sure about the food palette of the guests that arrive here however 90% of food that's kept during the buffet has excess sugar (beverages) or oil (food) while the world is getting sensitized to both of it being absolute minimum in FnB for intake.
5. Every night around 11.30PM or 12 midnight, there is excessive burning of either leaves or garbage nearby (unsure) so at night time if you are at the terrace or just outside the hotel, be ready to inhale a lot of smoke. I have observed this every single night for my 3 night stay.
Not an enthralling experience however you can make do if you have a short stay and expect less from the brand. Hope your stay becomes memorable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is awesome for the stay for board meetings and for seminars. The interior is amazing. The food is delicious. The staff is kind and helpful, Moreover staff is always available for your help. The hotel is near the Airport so if you want to have a stay you can book the hotel. And if you want to go shopping the mall is also adjacent to the hotel.

The staff were super supportive and helpful.
The interior of hotel was beautiful, rooms were super clean. Time to time house keeping available.
I lost some of clothes in my old room while moving to the new room, I called house keeping they were very helpful and courteous to find my clothes.
Nice hotel if you looking for the stay in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my friends for dinner. The ambience is nice. There were two halls were engagement ceremonies were ongoing. The dining area is spectacular. There were great wines to choose from. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food was good though a bit expensive. But the food and ambience offered is worth the price charged.

The staff was polite too, and the food at the restaurant was awesome. I first went there in 2019, and I have stayed there a couple of times after that. It really is a good hotel to stay and enjoy your vacay.

This hotel enchanted us with its impressive relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. Designed with dedication and attention to every detail we felt great just being there. Unbelievably friendly staff - we found ourselves in good hands and taken care of. Breakfast buffet was just overwhelming by its variety. If we should come back to India one day again we would always want to come back to the Leela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a couple of days. First things first check-in process took hardly 5 min and everyone was so respectful and helpful. They upgraded my room and it was one of the beautiful rooms I have been in recently. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Checkout process was also really smooth and took less than 5 min to complete. Food quality (I only took room dine in and veg dishes) could be improved, rest everything was amazing. Definitely recommended.

Service was quite proactive! The staff is very kind, soft spoken and genuine.
Location is quite near to Delhi Airport.
What I am absolutely stunned by is the seriousness with which they take feedback. Got a call to ask small small details about what could have been better basis the feedback shared on the form. This is the first time I'm seeing a hotel or rather any business get this deep into feedback. :)
