Indeed a perfect sales person who has a thorough knowledge what he is selling and its USPs , tremendous convincing power ( I met him twice for 2 of my properties and I actually bought them) . The team has wonderful customer service skills , warm hospitality, always ready to help, prompt response .. Good Job Guys !!! I keep seeing the success party pictures and the recognition from the renowned builders - which itself is a testimony of their work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would try to provide my honest review on Lions Crew based on my personal experience. I have brought flat in Pune through Lions Crew. They are very gentle during the deal.
But I was promised by Mr. Krishna for certain things like my loan processing fees will be waved off and I will receive gift packages form Lions Crew for around 50-60 thousand and this way over all I will be able to compensate around 1 Lac after the deal. My deal was over 6 months back and I am still waiting for gift packages and there was no processing fee waved off. Clearly false promises were made. More than money I am feeling cheated and fooled. Guys we customer trust you with our money please don't betray us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person, the MD of lions crew himself Krishna Pandey behaved very nicely with first and promised all kind of after sale service and help required related to property. He also promised a gift if we book the flat as part of diwali offer. After we booked the flat and tried contacting this guy for some help and gift this guy kept giving false hopes like “ i will see “ , “ i am outside station will call once back”. Now he has even stopped responding to my message. I will request people to be aware of this kind of false promise making people and should directly contact the builders sales team if they have any requirements for flats or property . I have the WhatsApp chats with me if someone finds it false.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a house in a Metro is itself a greate Challenge on the above you should have the deep knowledge and for oneself is one of the most important decisions in life and when you plan to buy one in a city like Pune, it becomes even more difficult.
The Lions Crew team not only helped us in finding our dream house but also made sure we are satisfied in all aspects.
I personally asked so many questions but they are so humble and down to earth to provide all the answers.
The team helped us by explaining all the parameters in detail, answered our queries patiently and provided us all the data to take informed decision...
