★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined Fitness classes and I was very much satisfied. I lost 7 kgs in 2 months bcoz of the exercises that I used to do thr. Not only me, many others have also experienced weight loss. All credit goes to Govind Sir. He offers variety of exercises with a twist of yoga, zumba, functional regime. He also suggest healthy diet. He is a very good trainer who encourages all his students. The academy has good ambience and all the necessary amenities.
I would recommend this Academy to all who are desperate to lose weight. Just try once.. I m sure you will nvr regret on ur decision.
