I went twice there
first time ,i feel it was so very well,nice equipments and good but surrounding was not very well...
But second time when I went there ,there was so stupid Trainer ,he trained so hard on first day...
I knew on first day there shouldn't hard day..but after that i believe in Stupid trainer and results is that...I had pain for 3 months....till that i felt it's normal pain but when I feel its not bearable So I arranged X-RAY and results you can see in below photo-graph......
It's MAJOR MAJOR problem .
Never tolerate so stupidity.
In this profession ,no mistake can be tolerated.
So please Gym owner requested too take care.
Suggestion : Avoid this GYM.
