★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People living here are really good. But if you are buying a new home here. Think again because the builder is a BIG CHEATER. Inferior quality, delayed possession. Response from builder to issues is pathetic. He has cheated exciting residents for Millions. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Elpro Phase 3 has lot of pending points with builder and delay is high. 2. Recently we (P3 owners) came to know that there is long pending mseb bill amounting 25 lacs which they said it is to be paid by society, now onus is going to fell on 3rd phase members also,lift and water can get cut any time. builder is not cooperating, swimming pool and few other amenities are shut since year.
3.NO visitor parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The metropolitan has nice& spacious apartments . The aforementioned apartments have a prime location and there are lots of amenities inside the premise which give a rich feel to the apartments.
Hospitals, banks, entertainment hubs are near the metropolitan premise which make it very convenient and provide good connectivity to the residents.
There is ample parking space for residents as well as visitors however there are issues regarding maintainance & the builder having cheated lots of residents which are points of concern regarding metropolitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of society is prime. Schools, Dr clinics, Hospitals, Malls, shops, temples, PCMC bus depot etc. are in walk able distance. People are good and co-operative. Builder is out now but society is well maintained by residents now. Ample of space for children to play. Very nice and number 1 Residential complex in whole Pimpri-Chinchwad.
