★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, support stuff are rude , seems like they forgot that they are working in healthcare and anyone is visiting is suffering from some illness.
And on top of that getting an appointment is next to impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is worst .. i called to book appointment and they said it will be first come basis..next day we went there and then he(receptionist) said to sit i was sitting for 10 mints again went there he repeated the same thing we will call u ..half an hour passed i asked another lady that which for which doctor she is going ,she told the same name where i was about to show my 3 month old infant. I again went he asked the name and thus it was booked and said yr name is in number 3 , however many of them came and went who came aftr me but i did not found my son’s name anywhre again i asked them where is the where is his file they did not got it later on i came to know they have mistaken his name and DOB.... corona protocols noone is following ... such a worst situation ... if hospital management is like this then the patients will defenetly suffer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour from the staff.One experience I want to share.I called for an appointment at 12:00 pm but saying busy or waiting all the time.At 12:45 pm they received my call better to say I got the opportunity to take their call but I was too much surprised when other side staff said that all appointment has been booked and they will not take any appointment further.Even after so much request as there was too much need for my pregnant wife they behaved with me very rudely.I also went there after one hour and requested them to take one appointment but failed even the doctor wrote the date of appointment in the prescription.
