21k thousand for booking
And 3k for bank charge..
25thousand I lost which they did not refund..
Atleast they could refund half..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Project, nearby station, good and helpful sales staff. Sales Managers are very friendly and guide us to choose the flat. Even after buying the flat before giving the pocession they are touch with me . I have recommended my friends to visit this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before to invest such type of projects. After payment sales person or builder will not entertain you. If you call them they won't answer.Project work is going very slow.... Kindly mention date when all amenities will get to all society members.
