★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Muscle Break Gym? Is awesome to me. Hands down best choice I've made training at this gym. The gym has an excellent ambience; It is cleanly maintained and sanitized properly during covid situation. All equipment are German made. One of the best gym in panvel. The staff here is very friendly. The trainer namely Surendar Sir, Prasad Sir, Aniket Sir, Pramod sir are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable, encouraging and extremely qualified. They know how to push you to limit in the best way possible with your workout. The workout are always new engaging and the instruction care about not only getting sweat but also making sure you are staying safe. I would highly recommend.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Muscle Break Gym is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.
Specially my fitness coach @Prasad Gaikwad I gained 4-5 kg just in 2 weeks.
I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout with awesome music which give more energy to do workouts. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!
