★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is not only a great place to workout and train but also gives a whole postive vibes each time you enter. The trainers are extremely helpful with the form and workout guidances. Also, the equipments are well managed and properly arranged.

Replying to comment:- It is not about discount... I have not mentioned anywhere abt discount.. I have clearly mentioned that behaviour of receptionist.. it was worse... And.. suggest every one.. dnt go there if they are misbehaving... Ur gym was really well maintained.. but with respect to staff it was horrible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very cheap gym with cheap and unprofessional staff. I had requested staff to avail discount as was suffering from covid and these unprofessional people, staff Bhavika and Shailh refused to avail discount. Do not recommend this gym as these people are not worthy as human beings too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist and lady handling whatsapp number is very arrogant and don't even behave properly. Also I am a new admission on 13th Oct and despite asking for discounts I was never informed about 15th Oct Dussehra's offer. I have almost paid more than double amount for 6 months.
They lacks professionalism big time since I guess one who negotiates well gets a concession and discounts. Price varies from customer to customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I have been going to The Muscle Factory Gym for past 2 months. The gym has good facilities for weight training, cross-fit, cardio and yoga. It is clean and well-maintained. Staff managing the gym are friendly and knowledgeable. I avail help of personal trainer, Rohit. I am very happy with his training and consequently, the outcome in 2 months. For anyone staying in Vrindavan and in its vicinity, this gym is convenient. Overall this gym is highly recommended.

Here is a candid review of the gym.
Pros:
1) Good equipment and good facilities
2) Cross fit arena
3) Separate section for yoga
4) Parking for 2 wheelers nearby
5) Well connected to nearby locations
Cons:
From a service and customer experience perspective this gym is the worst. I feel cheated being a paid member of the gym.
The staff's attitude is just take the membership fees and forget about the customer.
It is supposedly an airconditioned gym, but the AC are not working.
The trainer would only listen to you if you pay extra for personal training. I understand this is perfectly acceptable, but it should not cause inconvenience to regular member like me.
For example: The yoga room is not available for regular members as the personal trainers are busy training their clients in the yoga room. If you question them, they would do nothing about it and ask you to manage instead. I think this is unfair and unethical business practice.
