I will suggest to go somewhere else. Abd avoid this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady(owner-Madhu) is very unprofessional rude and arrogant. Not at all welcoming to customers. I've been getting my nails done continuously from last 5-6 times, still no customer loyalty. I got my extensions done last month and while paying her bank account was facing some issues- which was mentioned clearly and she could see. My amount got deducted which she would have got in a couple of days still she asked to pay again, i did that- trusting her if she gets it again she'll return. Later i got a message that the stuck amount has been received by her (through paytm) and when i asked that from her she clearly denied and ask me to come to the store and then check, I went to the store- i spoke very politely and asked for it(showed screenshots and statements of course), she clearly denied then as well and spoke literally in a very ill-mannered way in front of other customers. When I told her I won't come here again and will put review on this matter, she said "Koi Baat Nahi, karlo" (THE AUDACITY OF THIS LADY). Literally the worst experience a loyal customer could have- will ask all of my knowns not go there- who started on my reference.
